Small orders require at least 24-48 hr advance notice.
Ex: posted lunch menu, individual salads, or platters.
Larger requests must be ordered at least 7 days
in advance of event date. All orders require a
non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance or if
special provisions are made full balance may be required.
This must be paid upon receipt of invoice to secure event date.
All orders placed within 7 days of request are due in full.
Final head count is due 72 hours prior to event, along with
remaining balance. NO EXCEPTIONS!
There is a 20 guest minimum requirement for buffet catering orders. Delivery
fees start at $25 on weekdays. Nights, weekends, & holidays delivery fee is $50
& up. Food warmer rental fee is $20 per chaffer, includes stand, water pan,
burners, and serving utensils. All supplies must be returned upon scheduled
pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS!
